How It Works
1. Discover
A personal consultation to learn your vision, style, budget and dates. A planning fee begins the research and design.
2. Design
We shape a custom proposal with our trusted partners: stays, private transport, excursions and rare experiences. We refine it together until it feels just right.
3. Reserve
Once you approve, deposits are collected and reservations are confirmed. Communication may be quiet while we finalize details behind the scenes.
4. Prepare
Final payment is typically due about 120 days before departure. Your complete itinerary and travel documents arrive 30 days before you go, along with a pre-travel review call.
5. Travel With Confidence
We stay available throughout your trip, with trusted partners on the ground when you need them.

Our VIP clients receive exclusive travel apps and insider guides, created only for them. VIP status is included with every Dream+ package.
Planning and Service Fees

Custom planning: Priced by trip complexity, travelers, destinations and length. Starting at $150*.

Air travel: A professional air support team assists before and during travel. Ticketing fees apply per ticket. Preferred and unpublished Business and Premium Cabin fares are often available. Private planes and VIP airport services are also available.

Hotels and cruises: Already know where you want to stay or sail? We can often book with no planning fee and still add partner amenities and exclusive benefits. Personalized recommendations or itinerary design carry a custom planning fee. Excursions, transfers and touring may carry an additional service fee.

Concierge: Destination recommendations are included. For dining, spa, beach clubs, private transport, event tickets and celebrations, our Concierge Services are available for an added fee, quoted to your trip.
