How It Works

1. Discover

We begin with a personalized consultation to learn more about your travel vision, destination preferences, travel style, budget, timeframe, and overall goals for your journey. This allows us to thoughtfully design an experience tailored specifically to you.
Following our consultation, a planning investment is collected to begin the research, design, and coordination process behind your custom itinerary.

2. Design

Once your planning service is secured, we collaborate with our trusted global partners, hotels, guides, and suppliers to curate a personalized proposal. Your itinerary may include accommodations, private transportation, excursions, unique experiences, and curated recommendations designed around your travel style.
We’ll refine and adjust the itinerary together until every detail feels just right.

3. Reserve

After your itinerary is approved, deposits will be collected and reservations will begin to be confirmed. During this phase, there may be periods of limited communication while arrangements are being finalized behind the scenes, but rest assured we are carefully coordinating every detail of your journey.

4. Prepare

Final payment is typically due approximately 60 days prior to departure unless otherwise noted. At this stage, we can also assist with additional arrangements such as dining reservations, spa appointments, beach clubs, private experiences, and more through our concierge services.
Once all final details are confirmed, you will receive your completed travel documents and personalized itinerary prior to departure, along with a pre-travel review call.

5. Travel With Confidence

Throughout your travels, Brindisina Travel remains available to assist with support and coordination as needed. When applicable, you will also have access to our trusted in-destination partners for on-the-ground assistance.
From departure to return home, we are here to help make your journey as seamless and effortless as possible.

Planning & Service Fees

Custom Travel Planning

Planning fees are customized based on the complexity of your trip, number of travelers, destinations, trip length, and overall level of coordination required. Your advisor will discuss the appropriate planning investment during your consultation.

Air Travel Services

We work alongside a professional air support team that provides assistance before and during travel, including emergency support when needed. Air ticketing fees apply per ticket booked.
In many cases, we also have access to preferred and unpublished Business Class and Premium Cabin fares not available publicly.

Hotel & Cruise Reservations

If you already know which hotel, resort, or cruise you would like to book, we are often able to assist with reservations at no additional planning fee while still extending valuable partner amenities and exclusive benefits whenever available.

If you would like personalized recommendations, itinerary design, destination guidance, or additional planning assistance, a custom planning fee will apply.

Additional coordination outside of the hotel or cruise reservation — including excursions, transfers, touring, or specialty arrangements — may require an additional service fee depending on the level of planning involved.

Concierge Services

Complimentary destination recommendations are included within your itinerary through our trusted hotel and in-country partners.

For travelers seeking a more elevated level of support, we also offer Concierge Services for an additional fee. Services may include securing dining reservations, spa appointments, beach clubs, private transportation, event tickets, celebration planning, and curated local experiences.

Concierge pricing is customized based on the length of travel and level of assistance requested. Personalized quotes are available upon request.
